Part I — General Terms (All Users)

By accessing and using LIAISON ("we," "us," or "our") at https://liaisondi.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our service.

LIAISON is a directory and intermediary platform connecting clients with professional service providers. We provide:

• Profile listings and directories
• Communication and messaging tools
• Review and rating systems
• Search and discovery features

Important Disclaimer: We are NOT responsible for any offline encounters, transactions, agreements, or services between users. LIAISON acts solely as a platform facilitator.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Safeguard your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years of age

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with the service's functionality or security
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Non-payment of fees
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users

Part II — Provider-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to users who register as providers (models) on the platform.

9. Provider Listings

Providers using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Respect the privacy and safety of clients
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Update their listings to reflect current availability and services
• Upload only photos and content that they own or have rights to use

9.1 Profile Accuracy

Providers must ensure their profile information (photos, description, location, availability) is accurate and up to date. Misleading or fraudulent profiles will be suspended without warning.

9.2 Membership & Tour Ads

Providers may purchase memberships and Tour Ads to enhance their visibility. These are subject to the payment and refund terms in Part IV below.

9.3 Vacation Mode

Providers may enable Vacation Mode to temporarily hide their profile from the catalog. This does not pause or extend active memberships or Tour Ads.

10. Content and Intellectual Property

10.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, text, reviews). However, by posting content, you grant LIAISON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating and promoting the service.

10.2 EXIF Data

For your safety, LIAISON strips EXIF metadata (GPS coordinates, camera info) from uploaded images automatically. We recommend avoiding geotagged photos.

Part III — Content Policy

The following content rules apply to all users, including providers and visitors.

11. Nature of Services & Anti-Prostitution Policy

LIAISON is an advertising and directory platform for legal companionship and escort services only. All listings on this platform advertise time and companionship — nothing more.

• Advertisements may NOT offer, solicit, or imply sexual services in exchange for compensation.
• By creating a listing, providers warrant that their advertisement is for legal escort and companionship services only.
• LIAISON does not arrange, facilitate, endorse, or have knowledge of any specific activities that may occur between consenting adults.
• LIAISON is not a party to any transaction or interaction between users of this platform.
• Any exchange of money between users is solely for time and companionship. Anything beyond that which may occur is a matter of personal choice between consenting adults and is not contracted for, nor is it condoned by this platform.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

12. Prohibited Content

Users may NOT post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Offers, solicits, or implies sexual services in exchange for compensation
• Contains language or terminology commonly associated with commercial sexual services
• Involves minors or suggests involvement of minors in any way
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or excessively offensive
• Violates privacy rights or involves doxxing
• Constitutes harassment or hate speech
• Contains explicit sexual content depicting real or simulated violence
• Promotes drug use or substance abuse
• Promotes or facilitates human trafficking in any form

12.1 Content Moderation

LIAISON reserves the right to review, remove, or flag any content at its sole discretion. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.

12.2 DMCA & Copyright Claims

If you believe your copyrighted content has been posted without authorization, contact us at admin@liaison.com with the relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Part IV — Payment & Refund Policy

12. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payment processing is handled through secure self-hosted infrastructure (BTCPay Server / Bitcoin)
• All fees are in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law or specified below
• Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Unpaid fees may result in account suspension or termination

12.1 Membership Fees

Provider memberships are billed as one-time payments for the selected period (30, 90, or 365 days). Memberships are non-refundable once activated. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not issue a prorated refund for unused time.

12.2 Tour Ad Fees

Tour Ad purchases are non-refundable once the ad has been activated and is live. If a Tour Ad fails to activate due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

12.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting LIAISON support may result in immediate account suspension. Please reach out to admin@liaison.com to resolve billing issues before disputing charges.

Part V — Legal

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIAISON shall NOT be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from user conduct or content
• Damages from third-party actions or services
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LIAISON harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Content you post on the platform

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Email notification to registered users
• In-platform notifications

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LIAISON regarding use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.
