1. Age Verification of Depicted Individuals

All persons appearing in any visual content on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such content was created. No material involving minors is permitted or published on this platform.

LIAISON maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting individuals under the age of 18. Any such content, if identified, will be immediately removed and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline.

2. Exemption Statement – Content Produced by Website Operators

With respect to all visual depictions appearing on this website for which the operators of this website are considered "producers" under applicable law, such depictions are exempt from the record-keeping provisions of Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

• The depictions do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv).
• The depictions do not include visual representations of genitals or the pubic area created after July 27, 2006.
• The depictions do not portray simulated sexually explicit activity created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257A.
• Certain depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

3. Exemption Statement – Content Produced by Third Parties

The operators of this website are not the "primary producers" (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear on the site.

To the extent that such content is present on the platform, the operators' role is strictly limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions posted by third-party users in areas of the website under those users' own control.

4. Responsibility of Content Providers

Any individual or entity that uploads, posts, or otherwise makes available visual content depicting sexual activity on this platform represents and warrants that:

• The content provider possesses all required records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

• The content provider accepts full legal responsibility for compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

5. Compliance & Enforcement Policy

LIAISON actively monitors content uploaded to its platform. Violations of this policy, including the upload of content involving minors or content produced without proper record-keeping documentation, will result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content.
• Permanent suspension of the responsible account(s).
• Reporting of the incident to applicable law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Cooperation with any official investigation that may follow.
